1. We respect your privacy and will never sell or distribute our email list. We only use it for our own communication purposes. By registering for this event, you will automatically be invited to receive our email newsletter and become a member of Hammer Time, our VIP Club (see terms here). After registration, you will receive a request to complete the process through MailChimp. If you do not wish to sign up for Hammer Time, then please do not complete the MailChimp notification process and your name will not be added. You will always have the option to unsubscribe at a future time but please note that the benefits of Hammer Time are not available without a subscription.
2. By registering for an event, you give us permission to list your name on our event registration page so that others know of your attendance, especially your friends! If you are not comfortable with your name being listed, please email us directly after you register with your name, date and time of your registration and we will remove your name from the list without compromising your registration.
3. During most events, we take photos that we may post to our Facebook and other social media accounts and may later use in promotional postings and materials. Note that Facebook app may automatically “tag you” if it recognizes your face. If you want to opt out of our photographs, you must email us with your name, date and time of your registration and then notify the instructor when you arrive for your event that we are not to take and post photos of you or your group.
4. We encourage you to share the photos on your social media networks. However, please politely ask for consent from those in your photos before posting.
